Yes and no. Due to the limitations that the vast majority of insurance companies put on physical therapy services, we at Synergy avoid the insurance game altogether and provide your treatment as we see fit. The alternative is a cash-based system–I know, sounds scary and expensive. But pause, take a deep breath, and consider multiple other factors (see cash-based section below). You will end up with an excellent investment in YOU. However – some insurance companies offer out-of-network benefits and will reimburse you upon the submission of a Superbill. In some cases, it can also be applied to your deductible. ##### Why cash-based? - Focused 1-on-1 hour long sessions with a DPT vs a traditional PT clinic where you can expect to be seen alongside other clients/patients, as well as the possibility of working with an assistant or PT tech for the majority of your session.  - Less frequency – 1x/week vs 2-3x/week = saving your valuable time.  - Transparency – upfront payment. No surprise bills in the mail a month after you discharge and no copays.  - Also, if you have a high-deductible plan you will be paying out of pocket anyways. ##### Can you take my HSA or FSA?
